The Gant & Aspen Mountain Closing Day!

Happy Friday! Winter has returned to Aspen with over a foot of new snow today. We’re happy to have the moisture. The ski and snowboard season comes to an end on Sunday with Aspen Mountain’s closing. One more closing party to go – don’t miss it! The Aspen Real Estate Market is in full swing with many properties going under contract and closing before the busy summer season. The Gant has seen a lot of activity in April. There are currently four Gant condos under contract that are expected to close this off-season. I’ve got two under contract myself, both closing the next month. Four Gant condos have closed in the last year with an average sold price of $1,196,250, $1,158 average sold price per sq. ft. My listing, Gant Unit J-201, went under contract on Monday. This is a south-facing two bedroom, two bath corner condominium in one of the most desirable buildings at The Gant. A private southwest-facing balcony overlooks the courtyard pool and hot tubs. This is a great corner unit at The Gant. I’m proud that it is under contract!
