Happy March from Aspen! The weather is beautiful and the snow conditions are excellent, just in time for the World Cup Finals. Aspen Snowmass has been selected to host the World Cup Finals March 15-19, 2017. The Finals will be the first outside Europe since 1997 and the return of men’s World Cup in Aspen for first time since 2001. This will be an exciting week for our town! The real estate market is in full swing with Aspen single family sold volume up 117% from $23,205,00 in 2016 to $50,466,000 in 2017 YTD.
