2180 I 70 Frontage Road

This 3,200 SF of office and 10,800 SF of shop is located off the frontage road near the west of DeBeque at the I-70 exit 62 and next to the construction of the new TA Truck Stop. The office area in the front building is 3,200 SF and the remaining 2,400 SF is a two-bay shop with a 5-Ton bridge crane. The rear 8,400 SF building is all shop with a 5-ton crane in the paint bay and a 7½-ton crane in the remainder.
