The Fall 2026 issue of Living Aspen Magazine showcases exclusive Aspen and Snowmass homes, condominiums, and homesites. Published by Chris Klug Properties in partnership with Aspen Snowmass Sotheby's International Realty, this issue highlights the finest luxury properties and lifestyle content from the Roaring Fork Valley.
I hope you have enjoyed a great summer in Aspen Snowmass. As we move into late summer and fall, one of my favorite times of year in the mountains, welcome to the Late Summer 2026 edition of Living Aspen Magazine.
Inside, we showcase a diverse collection of properties across Aspen, Snowmass Village, Woody Creek, and the Roaring Fork Valley, from private residences and riverfront acreage to ski-access homes, condominiums, homesites, and development opportunities.
The Aspen Snowmass real estate market continues to normalize after several years of record activity. Transaction volume has moderated, and buyers have more choices, yet well-located, well-designed, and hard-to-replicate properties continue to command attention. Pricing remains resilient across many segments, supported by limited supply, continued investment throughout the valley, and long-term demand for Aspen Snowmass real estate.
This edition features 31 Northstar Circle, Mountain Living's 2024 Home of the Year; 15 South Willow Court at Tiehack; the 102-acre Brush Creek Ranch between Aspen and Snowmass; Timbermill in Snowmass Village; the newly renovated Villas of Aspen #3 in the West End; and 57 Liberty Lane in Woody Creek, a contemporary Rowland + Broughton-designed home on four private acres with 450 feet of Roaring Fork River frontage. We also feature offerings in Ridge Run, Castle Creek, along the Frying Pan River, and select condominium, commercial, homesite, and development opportunities throughout the valley.
Many of the properties in this edition share an increasingly important characteristic: scarcity. Acreage between Aspen and Snowmass, direct ski access, meaningful river frontage, oversized in-town parcels, privacy, protected views, and development rights are finite. As what can be built continues to evolve, a property's underlying attributes matter more than ever.
At Klug Properties, our job is to know the market, understand the business, bring value, and put our clients first. That means thoughtful advice, clear communication, sophisticated marketing, local knowledge, and candid perspective, whether you are buying, selling, investing, or simply trying to understand where the market is headed.
Thank you for reading Living Aspen Magazine and for your continued trust in Klug Properties and Aspen Snowmass Sotheby's International Realty. I hope you enjoy this edition and the beautiful months ahead in Aspen Snowmass.
