Two (2) Pitkin County Transferable Development Rights (TDRs). Certificates are fully perfected and ready for use. PRICING SUBJECT TO CHANGE based on recent proposed changes to the Pitkin County Land Use Code related to the future use of TDRs and max square footage requirements. TDRs are NOT real property. These are NOT City of Aspen TDRs. County TDRs provide an additional 2500SF of FAR for homes within the Pitkin County Urban Growth Boundary (UGB) and are subject to Pitkin County Land Use Code (subject to change) and any other existing requirements.
