The home is designed by David Johnston Architects and will be built within eleven months of closing. A complete list of finishes and appliances is available upon request. If you’re interested in new construction in Snowmass under two million this should be on the list. Also local builder Tim Semerau has listed his duplex project off of North Ridge Ln. in Snowmass for $1,250,000 with plans for a 4,654 square foot duplex home. I think these are both interesting opportunities. While Snowmass Base Village has yet to be completed and it may be some time before that happens, I’m confident it won’t look like Beirut forever. I believe Base Village will be completed in the near future and be great. For the buyer who wants a brand new single family home and is willing to be patient through future Base Village construction I believe that there is a potential upside when the project is completed and the market strengthens.
